Dear Miri- Thank you so much for your vote. It means a lot and ur vote indeed gave a *goodish* lead.
But dear - something sad happened just today morning and I had quit the competition for good. Forum members think its cheating to ask others to register and vote for an entry. I was very much hurt by their scornful remarks.. so decided to let it go. I have more important issues in life to deal with. Anyways, Thanks Miri. and Happy Food Blogging!

Hi Miri,
Looks like I discover your blog while you present all your rcipes, lucky I am.
Marsala is made of cooked wine + sugar + almond extract + caramel (to give color). Even in france, we can find it only in delicatessen's, while France is near Italia. It is said a drink for women, because it is sweet and flavored like a pastry (we a so latin country !!!). And I agree, it's so soft you nearly don't feel it contains alcool. Maybe you can use another drink that would be close, or different but very suitable... A drink you can find in India but that I don't know.
Keep up the good work.
Hi Miri,
How are you? Just happened to stop by at your wonderful blog. Enjoyed reading it.
I am new to the blogosphere...making friends along the way! :-)
Warm hugs in these winter months :-)
Take Care
